  • Profile and vacancy content: resumes, vacancies, photos/logos, role, location, salary and work format, and any other details you choose to share.
  • Usage data: swipe actions (like/skip), applications, filter selections, and interactions with UI elements used to power the two‑sided feed.
  • Device and technical data: browser, device type, approximate location (via IP), cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and improve performance.

2. How we use data

  • To operate the swipe feed for candidates and recruiters.
  • To show relevant cards based on your selected role and filters.
  • To enable applications and keep a history of who applied to whom.
  • To improve safety, prevent abuse, debug issues, and enhance product quality.
  • To communicate important updates regarding your account or the service.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to provide the service: with hosting providers and infrastructure tools, and when you explicitly interact (e.g., when you apply, the other party sees your profile information). We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (including light/dark theme), and measure basic product usage. You can adjust your browser settings to limit cookies, but some features may stop working.

5. Data retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated content; some logs may be retained for a limited time for security and legal reasons.
